Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! 

Buyer agrees to purchase eyewear from Solideyewear.com with no option for returns or 
refunds, except under specific exceptions. 
Each item is inspected and shipped by us personally and will not be shipped with any 
defects.  Please be sure to review your order to ensure accuracy prior to submitting your 
order. 
Exceptions are made if your eyewear is defective upon receipt.  Within 14 days of receipt of 
your item, if defective, you must send an email to Solideyewear25@gmail.com stating the 
reason for return, and provide both proof of purchase and photos of the issue.  Upon receipt 
of your email with the necessary information, and upon careful review, we will give you credit 
for the defective item toward a new set of glasses, once the defective item is returned to us. 
Before submitting your order, you will be required to agree to this policy.
