BUYERS POLICY

This Policy is entered into by and between “Buyer” and Solideyewear.com (hereinafter 
“Seller”).  
Purchase details 
• The Buyer agrees to purchase eyewear from the Seller. 
• Prescription Details: The Buyer confirms that the prescription provided to the Seller 
is accurate and was obtained from a licensed eye care professional.  The Buyer 
understands that the Seller will manufacture the lenses based on this prescription. 
• Pupillary Distance: The Buyer acknowledges that if they provided their pupillary 
distance (PD) measurement, they are responsible for its accuracy.  
• Purchase Price: The total purchase price for the eyeglasses includes the cost of the 
frame, lenses, and any additional features. 
• Payment Terms: The Buyer agrees to pay the total purchase price as follows: 
Applepay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, JCB and Cashapp accepted. 
• Buyer shall fully hold harmless Solideyewear.com from any and all claims, lawsuits, 
demands, causes of action, liability, loss, or damage of any kind whatsoever. 
• Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance 
with the laws of the State of Kansas.
